I wasn’t always the guy people came to for fitness advice. I started in the gym just like you, confused, frustrated and unsure of where to start. I worked long hours on construction sites, always thinking there had to be more to life than just grinding away. Deep down I wanted to get stronger physically and mentally, but I also knew I was meant for something bigger than just building houses. I wanted to build something lasting. I wanted to help others build their own temples — their bodies.
While I was on this journey I had people approach me on job sites, at the gym and even online, asking how I built my physique and advice on training and nutrition. I started hearing feedback from those people telling me they followed my advice and within months, they’d dropped 10kg or packed on 5kg of lean muscle. That’s when it hit me, that feeling knowing I had helped them, solidified my purpose. I found my passion: helping guys like you build the body, strength and mindset you deserve.
Here’s the thing: I didn’t get to where I am by following some quick fix plan. I learned early on that the process of building anything great whether it’s a house or a physique starts with laying a strong foundation. After years of trial and error, learning from those who inspired me, I built a training style that worked for me and that foundation gave me confidence and mental toughness like I’d never experienced.
But it wasn’t just about building muscle. It was about building something more important: the mental strength to push through anything life throws at you. That’s what I want to help you build, not just the body you’ve always dreamed of but the mindset that keeps you going, no matter how busy your job or how hard life gets.
That’s why I created Medax Fitness — a no BS program for real people, not just gym fanatics. I know you’ve got a job, a life and responsibilities. I know you’re not looking for a magic pill. So, I studied, worked, and created Medax Fitness – a no nonsense program for real people, not just gym fanatics. I believe anyone can reach their fitness goals, no matter their job or lifestyle.

Your program is available through my website on the members area section after you have purchased. Choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program!
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program, 6 months or annual. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Chose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
