  • How do I access the plans once I join?

    Once you join, you get access to the Medax Fitness app. 


    Training, nutrition, structure all laid out. Built around your details so you hit the ground running.

  • Why isn't pricing listed on the website?

    Same reason a builder doesn't quote a kitchen reno before walking through the house. Every bloke comes in at a different stage, with different goals, time commitment and where they're at physically.


    Coaching pricing follows the scope of work. Some need 12 weeks. Some need 6 months. Some need a full year. We discuss what fits your situation on your application call.


    If you want a generic online program, that exists everywhere. This isn't that.

  • Is this a one-off payment or subscription?

    Your initial investment is a 12-week coaching block. No pressure to renew, when 12 weeks is up you walk away with everything you've built.


    That said, most blokes choose to extend. 12 weeks fixes the foundation: training, nutrition, habits. The real transformation lives in the 6-12 month block.


    We have an honest review at week 10. Your call from there.

  • What's your refund policy?

    All sales are final. Coaching is a custom-built system, not a downloadable program.


    Legitimate injury or medical issues are covered by our pause policy (see below). Outside of that, refunds aren't offered.

  • What if I get injured or need to pause?

    Life happens. You can pause your coaching for up to 4 weeks total during your program, for legitimate reasons (injury, medical, or major life event).


    - Pauses must be requested in writing (DM or email) before they start

    - 4 weeks maximum, cumulative across your program

    - After 4 weeks paused, your program auto-resumes, remaining weeks restart whether you train or not

    - If you stay inactive 4 weeks past auto-resume, the file is closed and remaining time is forfeited

    - Holidays under 2 weeks don't count as pauses, your program continues normally

    - Long-term injuries: we work out a modified plan together so progress doesn't stop


    The goal is to keep you moving forward, not park you indefinitely.

  • I'm new to the gym, is this good for beginners?

    No. This isn't for beginners.


    I work with guys who already know their way around a gym at least 2 years of consistent lifting, who've trained hard but haven't got the result they're chasing.


    You've followed programs off Instagram, run a few cuts, gained some muscle, lost some, gained some back. You know what a squat looks like. You just don't have a system that actually compounds.


    That's what I fix.

  • How long before I start seeing results?

    Most blokes notice strength and energy shifts within the first 2-3 weeks. Visible body composition changes show up between weeks 4-8.


    The first 12 weeks rebuilds the foundation. The real transformation, the one you're actually chasing happens between months 4-12, when habits, identity and structure compound.


    12 weeks is the start. The longer you stay in the system, the bigger the change.

  • Do I get support while I’m on the program?

    Yes. Direct access to me.


    Check-in calls to review training, nutrition, and progress, answer your questions and make adjustments where needed.


    Message me anytime in between. Need changes to exercises, machines, or meal options? Send it through.

  • What if I work long hours or do shift work?

    That's exactly who this is built for.


    The system gets built around YOUR schedule, 5am starts, 12-hour days on site, shift work, FIFO weeks. Training fits your job, not the other way around. Meals work in an esky. Nutrition factors in what you actually eat on site, not Instagram fantasy meals.


    Most coaches design for blokes who train at 10am. I design for blokes who train at 5am or 7pm because that's the window they actually have.
